God, this week's Caption Contest picture cracks my shit up.  You guys better make these captions friggin' good.

The forum is temporarily down. During the upgrade I encountered an error that I do not know how to fix. Due to the holiday, my web hosting service's technical support line is observing limited hours of operation. Since I will be out of town all weekend, the upgrade won't be completed until after the holiday. Fret not, the forum's database (posts, user data, etc.) has not been harmed in any way and everything will be back to normal, actually much better, shortly.

Wow.  That's all I can say.  This week set a record for most captions submitted by people I don't know, and I must say, they were all crap.  I mean pure excrement.  I feel partially responsible for two reasons: a) The picture wasn't that great and 3) I didn't put a link up to the Caption Contest Archive for the n00bs (Did I really just type that?  Jesus...) to check out what they were up against.  To all the veterans out there, I'm a little disappointed, but I'll cut you some slack because you pretend to like me and I appreciate that.

Well, you sorry bastards are getting a little extra yuletide cheer this year because Gino Claus is bringing back the Hilarious Caption Contest for the whole month of December!

Wow, almost two months since the last update.  That was by far the longest the 'Cide has gone without an update of some sort.  Well, in between now and then I got a job and moved into a place in Royal Oak with Rice.  I guess I've been really unmotivated to try to think of anything new for the site, so I sorta just let it sit.  What's coming in a few (probably quite a few) months can be found here.  The site's been getting a lot of traffic from "outsiders" and if you happen to be someone who hasn't been to this site before, I strongly suggest you check out the forum.  This is where the magic happens.  Until next time...
